Corporate Storefront Terms and Condition of Use

Important: Read Carefully

The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (“the Agreement”) that governs Fraga Graphic Solutions, LLC (“FGS”, “our”, “we”) to Customer (“you”, “your”, “customer”, “user”). 

FGS may change the terms of use for the Corporate Storefront and will provide notice of such change by updating the terms of use published at https://fragagraphics.com/corporate-storefront-terms-and-conditions-of-use. You are responsible to review these terms of use periodically and to remain compliant with any such changes. If you do not consent to these terms of use of the Corporate Storefront, please cease use immediately. In addition to these terms, you also agree to our Terms of Use.

Definitions 

“End user” refers to any individual given access to the corporate storefront system that is not the Administrator.

“Administrator” refers to the main contact for the Customer and the only individual approved to request system changes. The Administrator is responsible for managing users on the account. 

Shipping 

Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available at that time. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 

The risk of loss or damage to Product(s) is passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case FGS will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. 

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of (or credit to the end user’s account for) the lost Product in compliance with FGS’s  Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to FGS investigation and our sole discretion.  

Return Policy 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  

The return address is set by default to the FGS facility. When we receive a returned shipment and inspect the Product(s) for damages, an email notification will be sent to you confirming we received the Product(s).  

Wrong Address - If you or your end user provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for restocking fees, pick and pack fulfillment, and reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of restocking fees, pick and pack fulfillment, and reshipment to yourself or your end user (if and as applicable). 

Returned by Customer - Returns for products, as well as size exchanges, are to be offered at your expense and the Administrator’s discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end users, we will need to receive the product in hand before issuing a refund or exchange. You will be liable for the cost of the returned shipment to FGS’s facility. 

All returned items are subject to restocking fees and/or pick-and-pack fulfillment fees. 

Payments and Fees 

The payment terms of the corporate storefront include the Warehousing Fees and Corporate Storefront fees referenced in our billing terms.
